WETMATIC DM-1221
Wetmatic DM-1221 is formulated of special anionic surfactants, with excellent alkali resistance and wetting power at room temperature and high temperature (100°C) conditions, especially suitable for high alkali and high temperature desizing, scouring, and bleaching process for cotton and its blends, can obtain the ideal processing results.
Features and Advantages
Excellent wetting power and high temp. stability under 150g/L caustic soda, stable at 100°C and with very good wetting power, to avoid the loss efficiency of scouring agent in hot alkaline, suitable for high temperature strong alkali processing.
Excellent stability at strong room temp. alkali, alkali resistance of 180 to 200g/L, convenient for master tank mixing.
Excellent penetrating powder under wide temperature range and alkali concentration.
Outstanding emulsification, excellent removal, emulsifying and dispersing of oil and wax on fabrics.
Suitable for various processes, can obtain ideal whiteness and capillary effect with continuous pad-steaming, cold-pad-batch, and other Pretreatment processes.
In compliance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Reach regulations, does not contain APEO, organic halides and heavy metals.
