DYMALEV DM-2488D

Dymalev DM-2488D is a small molecule cross-linking agent, which is suitable for Lyocell fiber and its blended fabrics to prevent fibrillation. It can effectively cross-link between fibers, reduce fibrillation of fibers, and effectively improve the fading and discoloration of the fabric after washing.

Features and Advantages

It can be used for the anti-fibriliation treatment of Lyocell and its blended fabrics before dyeing.

It can be used for Lyocell fiber or fabric dyeing with the same bath to prevent fibrillation treatment.

Effective cross-linking between fibers prevent primary fibrillation in subsequence dyeing and finishing processes.

Prevents fibrillation during subsequent wearing or washing of the fabric and improve fading.

Does not contain formaldehyde.

Applications

Anti fibrillation treatment of Lyocell fibers and their blends.

Na₂CO₃ adjust pH to 10-12

Remarks

The product has a low solubility under neutral condition at room temperature. Feeding with stirring, it’s a suspension. Precipitation after placement does not affect the effect, but it should not be left for a long time after dissolution, need instant prepare before use.

It may cause slight color change, lab trials to be conducted before production.

pH of dye-bath will fluctuate during production, keep watching and adjust pH to right range during dyeing.

Select dyes with good synchronization when using one-bath dyeing process.
