OXYMATIC DM-1436

Oximatic DM-1436 is a compound of a variety of special compounds. It is mainly used for 110℃ high temperature and low alkali neutralization-free scouring and bleaching process of pure cotton knitting, yarn and blended fabrics, and 60~85℃ Low Temperature Scouring and Bleaching process . This additive is used in the process of high temperature and low alkali neutralization-free scouring and bleaching, in order to obtain ideal whiteness, under the hair effect, the pH value of the working fluid after scouring and bleaching can be reduced to neutral, eliminating the need for neutralization process, achieving the purpose of shortening the process flow and reducing water, electricity and steam consumption; used in the low-temperature scouring and bleaching process can effectively improve. It is a new type of oxygen bleaching aid with a wide range of applications and high performance.

Features and advantages

At low temperature of 80~85°C, the bleaching whiteness and capillary effect are excellent when used with the scouring agent; at high temperature of 110°C, a small amount of caustic soda can be used to achieves conventional bleaching result, eliminating neutralization and washing process.
