DYMACID DM-2721G

Dymacid DM-2721G is formulated with special chemical compounds, for the application of dyeing nylon, wool and its blended yarn and fabric with weak acid dyes and neutral dyes, it can regulate dye-bath pH value effectively, depth of shade is gradually increased along with temperature rising, to achieve a levelling dyeing.

Features and Advantages

With rise of temperature, the product is hydrolyzed slowly, and H+ is liberated, so is the dyebath pH going down gradually.

The liberated H+ is allowed to react with the amide and amino groups in the big polyamide molecule to produce –NH2+-and-NH3+, then form ionic bonding with dyestuff, thus resulting in higher adsorption rate of dyestuff.

It is a slow reaction to release H+ due to hydrolyzation, as a consequence levelness can be ensured.

As the final dyebath pH would be low enough, exhausted dyeing can be carried out in practice.

The product does not impact color fastness.
