Etherification polyamine compounds, using in pigment Printing Paste to improve wet fastness and rubbing fastness.

It also can be used in textile water repellent finishing to improve the durability of water repellent effect.

Basic Properties

Appearance: Colorless clear liquid

Ionicity: Nonionic

pH value: 7.0 ~ 9.0 (1% solution)

Solubility : Miscible with water at any ratio

Feature and Advantages

The active multi functional group promotes fabric and acrylic emulsion, water proofing agent crosslinked firmly

After treatment the free formaldehyde of fabric is very low.

Very less influence to whiteness and shades.

Applications

Use as crosslinking agent for pigment printing and water repellent finishing.

Typical Recipe

     For pigment printing
thickener               1.2~2.0 %
Binder                    5~20 %
pigment                   x %
Dymafin DM-3516  2~4 %
printing, dry, baking/curing

     For water repellent finishing
Water-proofing agent           x g/L
Dymafin DM-3516              20~40% of water-proofing agent quantity
pad à dry à curing (cotton 160°C×2min, PES 170~180°C×30~60sec)
dosage 50~100g/l can help to improve hydrostatic pressure resistance.
