DYMAFIN DM-3541

Dymafin DM-3541 is a thermo reactive type water soluble polyurethane, and is used for the crease resistance and elasticity finish of cotton, synthetic fibres, ramie and other cellulosic fibres. It imparts to treated fabrics with the function of extra smooth elastic handle and improves wear comfort, and possesses excellent resistance to washing and dry cleaning.

Features and Advantages
Excellent washing resistance and hand feeling. It imparts to finished fabrics with excellent dimensional stability, resistance to shrinkage.
When used together with crease-proof resin for cotton, the resistance to crease is improved, and tearing strength is also enhanced.
The resistance to rubbing for cotton and other cellulosic fibres is improved effectively.
It imparts fabrics of cotton, synthetic fibre and ramie with excellent soft, supple and elastic handle, and very comfortable wearability.
Good compatibility with other metallic and ammonium type catalysts used in the cotton resin finish.
Good down-proof effect when used for the high count, high density cotton goods.
Plasticizing phenomenon will not occur even when used at high concentration.
Compatible with regular conventional Finishing Agents.

Applications
For the elastic and softening, moisture absorption treatment of cotton and polyamide fabrics. For the crease-proof and elastic finishing of cotton, ramie, synthetic fibre and 
cellulosic fibres.
For the down-proof treatment of high count, high density cotton.
For the durable extra smooth and elastic finishing.
