Basic Properties
Appearance: White emulsion
pH value: 9 ~ 10 (1% aqueous solution)

Application
1. Suitable for all kinds of fabric feel finishing, giving the fabric soft and smooth feel (with a certain sense of oily).
2. Used as a color deepening for cotton, silk and cotton, polyester and cotton fabrics, with 20% darkening for active black dyed fabrics and 40% darkening for vulcanized black dyed fabrics.
Compatibility
1. Workable with most Softeners, sample test should be done before use, and the fabric will be transferred to the direction of red light after using the same bath with other softeners.
2. Workable with DYMAFIN DM-3568, and the effect of darkening is better when used in the same bath with DYMAFIN DM-3568.
3. Non-workable with DYMAFIX DM-2516, DM-2518 in the same bath, there will be stratification phenomenonthe after same bath solution placed for about 10 minutes.

Solution
1. What makes the stains generate on fabric?
- Over pH value: add citric acid 0.1-0.2% to neutralize pH
- Non-hydrophilic: add
- Hairy surface
2. How to fix it?
- Add 0.1 ~ 0.2% citric acid to neutralize pH
- Add 0.5 ~ 1 g/L non-ionic wetting agent
- Clean the aggregates timely or set up a filter
